Blog #8

Chapters 21 and 22 in the McGraw Hill Handbook have furthered my knowledge about how to create a Works-cited page. When writing an MLA documentation, a works-cited page is required. So, it is important to understand how to create one of these pages on your own. Chapter 22 especially has been super helpful while I’ve been working on my project 2 annotated bibliography. This chapter elaborates on any question you may have while citing a source. It even shows you how to cite a book with up to 4 authors or more by using the abbreviation “et al,” which I’ve seen multiple times before but never understood what it meant. These chapters go into detail about any question you may have about writing a works-cited page. It even goes into specific detail about how to create a works-cited page and exactly what you will need to include in it to correctly cite your sources.
